The Learn Skills learning management system allows managers and training administrators to set up training groups on our system and control the delivery of training to those groups.
Straight Forward Registration
Both training managers and learners enter from the same login page or through a customizable login page, with no need to remember multiple login URLs. Learners also have the option to self-register for training or you can self enroll all of your learners using our self-registration feature. We also allow you to batch import learners, with no manual entry needed.
Training
Train asynchronously or synchronously and use a self-paced or blended training approach. You can independently assign our training courses, add additional resources, assessments and training schedules. Or, simply allow us to structure your training programme from start to finish.
Reporting
Our platform gets you to the reporting information you are seeking quickly and with no fuss. You can self generate a variety of reports, preview reports before exporting, filter reports based on user groups or courses, and print reports in PDF or Excel formats. Efficient Training Group Set up and Administration
Training and the management of user groups can be administered centrally or locally at site, department, trainer or other level. Users can be assigned to managerial roles created by Learn Skills or your own internal administrator can create the roles. You can chose to set up one account and establish multiple groups and sub-groups. A user may be restricted to administering only certain user groups or sub-groups, allowing for autonomy and privacy. You can also set up a series of completely separate and independent groups.
Effectively Communicate, Interact and Train
Whether training synchronously or asynchronously, using blended or self-paced training, the communication features of the Learn Skills Training Platform will allow you to assist an individual learner or build a complex training community. The platform contains multiple learner communication features such as chat, SMS messaging, email, communities and discussion threads. You can access the system online at anytime to communicate, interact and train.
Full Support
The advantage of using our hosted and fully supported training platform is the ability to deliver a professional training programme seamlessly. We are always on standby to help and we provide a full suite of support tools such as reference materials, an online support community, and live person assistance. You are never on your own! We will also assist you to internally promote your training initiative, establish the prorgamme and manage all aspects of the training.
