The Health and Safety Executive defines violence as "An incident in which a person is abused, threatend or assulted in circumstances relating to their work".  This program provides introductory information about workplace violence and how you can help prevent it from occurring where you work. It also provides some basic guidelines on what to do and how to react if an incident occurs at your place of work
